48 Hours notice is needed. Refunds will be given with 48 Hours, less transaction fees.
No Refund:
- If notice is less than 24 Hours of booking time
- If incorrect dates and times are given for Arrivals and Departures
- Airport Pick Up and Drop Off Prices include all Airport Surcharges
- The maximum waiting time at the Airport is one hour after the flight arrives, additional time will incur extra charges.
- The standard fare includes one carry one and one standard piece.
Please inform us if you do have any extra luggage in the Booking Section.
Kiwi Transfers aims to get you to Auckland Airport at the best of our abilities. Kiwi Transfers can not be held responsible for an unforeseen circumstances ie: traffic delays or accidents. If we believe the time you have selected for your collection that may result in any issues getting to the airport we will request you select an earlier time.
